The Stamp Peddler's Journey

Greetings Peddler's Pack fans from Joyce.  It's been 7 weeks
since we closed our retail storefront, and after 33 1/2 years, I am enjoying my new flexible hours even though I am keeping very busy in the stamping community with teaching classes and helping a new stamp store owner in Lebanon, Oregon learn the business!

Thank you all for the wonderful cards, flowers, chocolates and gifts; I will cherish the memories forever...you are all the best and so much appreciated.

I really enjoyed the business and all of our wonderful customers.  It's a bittersweet deal...no more storefront...but I
will keep in touch with all of you through this blog and our Constant Contact newsletter and I do plan to stay active in the paper crafting community.  We are working on improving our web site as well. peddlerspack.com

Our last day at
The Peddler's Pack Store

One of the challenging things about running a storefront, you don't always have the time to create cards!  I made many samples for the store and a few to sell but now for the first time I am able to create a good number of cards using our wonderful line of rubber stamps! I will be designing for some other manufacturers as well and will be posting what's coming out of my studio soon!

As many of you know, I enjoy baking and cooking...so I might even include some of what's happening in my kitchen as well as our travels which probably won't be cruises and world wide travel...Bernie and I are such home bodies and we don't like to fly
and stay in motels, even if they are rated 5-Star!

We do a lot of cooking with herbs from our garden; this year Bernie is planting lots of vegetables as well; so we're looking forward to being able to harvest food from our own backyard!

That's it for now; check back often for updates and enjoy the beautiful weather that's coming our way!

  1. I did not know you closed. Enjoy retirement! It is wonderful. Where am I going to get all my craft supplies ideas, and classes? I have shopped at your store since you were on Allen—that’s a long time ago! Best to you and Bernie!
